How long does delivery take?
Seconds. The server checks for new purchases every few seconds, so most things land before you have finished reading the receipt.
Anything that goes into your inventory needs you online to apply. Those wait in the queue and arrive the moment you join.
I bought something and it has not arrived.
Rejoin the server first. That releases anything that was waiting for you to be online.
If it is still missing, open a ticket with your order reference. It looks like VH-XXXX-XXXX and it is on your receipt. We can see which commands ran and which did not, and push them through again.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. Tell us the username you play on and that is where the rewards go. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to invent.
Keep your order reference. It is how we find a purchase if you need support.
I play on Bedrock. What do I put in?
Tick “I play on Bedrock” and type your gamertag as normal. Bedrock players join through Geyser, which puts a full stop in front of your name on our side. We add it for you and show you the finished name before you buy.
Spaces in a gamertag become underscores, the same as they do in game.
Can I buy something for a friend?
Yes. Open any package, tick “Gift to another player” and put their username in. It is delivered to their account, not yours, and they do not need to do anything.
What can I pay with?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Cryptocurrency through Coinbase Commerce. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Crypto payments confirm on the network instead of instantly, which usually takes a few minutes. The receipt page tells you when it has cleared.
Can I get a refund?
Ask. If something did not work, or you bought the wrong thing by mistake, we will sort it out.
What we cannot do is refund a rank you have used for a month, or an unban you have since been banned again for. The refund policy sets out the rest.
What happens if I charge back instead of asking?
The purchase is removed and the account is blocked from buying again. Open a ticket instead. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the refund, and it is the one thing we cannot undo from our side.
Are ranks permanent?
Unless the package says otherwise, yes. Anything with a time limit says so on the package itself and on your receipt, and you are told before you pay.
Does buying give me an advantage over other players?
It depends on the gamemode, and each one says so on its own page. Where it does, we keep it to things that save time rather than things that win fights.
